Forum Title: Soon I'll celebrate my one year roofing anniversary

I‚m getting ready to celebrate my first year of roofing. I really never thought I‚d be roofing this long. It was just a job that my step dad got for me. This month it‚ll be one year that I‚ve been roofing. How should I celebrate? I want to have a cake that looks like a roof. My wife said she‚ll bake it, but I thought about having a professional make it. That‚s probably too expensive for our budget though. I‚ve actually enjoyed my roofing career so far. I wish I would have done this straight out of high school.

You can‚t go wrong with a cake. Make sure to bring forks and paper plates. It would be difficult eating cake on a job site without the proper tools.

I didn‚t celebrate my first year or any other roofing anniversaries. I don‚t remember the exact date I started roofing. Now I‚m going to have to figure out exactly when it was. I‚ll probably never know.
